RCP Purity Quality Testing

Radioactivity detection by special imaging equipment (SPECT) are used to help diagnose medical problems and study how the organ on interest is working. Prior to injecting a radiopharmaceutical into human body, each radiopharmaceutical (containing Tc-99m) must be tested for high radiochemical purity (90-95%) to ensure the required level of tagged radionuclide in the kit.

TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) as a simple, economy and fast method has longed been used as a commonplace analytical tool quality control testing of Tc-99m labelled radiopharmaceuticals.

Our innovative Molpure-rapid TLC chromatography layer is well-suited as a practical tool for the expedient detection under a variety of clinical situations with principal applications in radiopharmaceutical purity testing.
