Molpure SA TLC-500 is a specialized ITLC-SA chromatography strip designed for radiopharmaceutical quality control applications. Its silica-based stationary phase provides effective separation of radiochemical impurities and is suitable for applications where ITLC-SG may not provide the required separation performance.
Increased acidity and polarity improve retention of free metal ions and colloidal species, enabling sharp separations.
Application Example: QC of ⁹⁹ᵐTc(CO)₃-MIP-1404 (MIP-5060) using ITLC-SA chromatography.
